A dried and cured meat, salami is actually much more versatile than you may originally have thought. Salami is also one of the richer and more flavoursome types of meat out there. As a result, it is often fun to venture out and pair with different types wines.
It doesn’t have to be complicated. The Salami Classico, the most traditional salami, is flavored with a mild balance of salt and black pepper.
One thing that makes our Habanero Salami particularly unique is the inclusion of fresh habanero peppers. It gives the product a really fresh heat and makes for a beautiful visual when you slice into it (you can really see the bright orange specks of pepper!). And while the product packs a bunch, it doesn't do so at the sacrifice of flavor.

Custom crafted Lamb Milano salami with a 75/25 lamb-to-pork ratio, cutting out any gamey flavor while still maintaining lamb's rich, savory notes. The salami is finely ground and blended with fresh garlic, whole peppercorns, and Chablis wine.
