It doesn’t have to be complicated. The Salami Classico, the most traditional salami, is flavored with a mild balance of salt and black pepper.
One thing that makes our Habanero Salami particularly unique is the inclusion of fresh habanero peppers. It gives the product a really fresh heat and makes for a beautiful visual when you slice into it (you can really see the bright orange specks of pepper!). And while the product packs a bunch, it doesn't do so at the sacrifice of flavor.

This blue cheese is made from the milk of cows who graze on lush Wisconsin pastures and is aged in a humid, temperature-controlled environment that encourages the growth of the Penicillium bacteria that gives blue cheeses their distinctive blue-green veining. The resulting smooth, mild, tangy cheese is studded throughout with peperoncino peppers that add fiery flavor to this delightfully creamy cheese! Its soft, slightly crumbly texture is perfect for slicing as a table cheese or crumbling overtop a delicious salad. This remarkable cheese even won 1st place at the 2014 American Cheese Society Competition!
