Beautifully crafted from organically-grown Moso bamboo, the board features caps of natural light bamboo flanking the main cutting surface of rich caramelized bamboo. Bamboo is an excellent cutting surface: it's lightweight yet durable and gentle on knives. The Palaoa Bamboo is supersized at 23 inches long to serve and slice even the longest loaves of bread. It's unique design also doubles wonderfully as a charcuterie board for serving a spread of delicious meats and cheeses.
